Minimum job $1,000. Packages start at $800 for a front roofline.
50% deposit at booking, balance on install day. Book by 30 September and take 10% off.
Several homes under one owner or manager: 10% off at five, 15% off at ten. Returning customers pay less every year — the lights are already cut to your house.
In person where we can, from your photos and the parcel where we cannot. It takes about fifteen minutes.
A fixed price for a described scope. Usually two versions — a clean one and a bigger one — so you can pick.
If we misjudged the roof, that is our problem. The only thing that changes a written price is you asking for more lights.
The first season carries the measuring, the cutting and the design. After that the lights already exist and already fit, so returning customers pay less for the same house. It is also why we store them rather than handing them back.
